Wow. This brow product was…terrible.

It has a HUGE brow pencil, it’s almost more like a brow crayon, which was very problematic for any delicate part of my brows like the tail. But really, it is so fat that it couldn’t get beneath my brow hairs to deposit the color on my skin it just, kind of, built up this layer of color on some of the hairs. It looked super patchy. And then, it doesn’t have its own spoolie to brush out the pencil. I had to clean off the spoolie on my Brow Wiz and use that. That really bothered me- I, and I suspect a lot of other people, don’t keep a extra spoolie lying around but instead rely on the spoolie built in to the brow product.

I don’t feel like the powder did anything except make my brows look gunky. Maybe this was due to my own lack of experience with brow powders but I don’t feel like a brow powder should be difficult to use.

And the brow mascara so thin/watery in consistency that it was impossible to deposit just a little bit at a time. Instead it just plopped a lot of liquid, unevenly I might add, onto my brow. Which continued to accentuate the patchiness.

Then there was the color. On me, it turned super yellow-orange which became worse and more noticeable as I wore it for the rest of the day. I’ve never had a brow product oxidize (?) on me before and it was bizarre.

I don’t think there was any part of this product that I liked. I’ve tried it a few times since and tried just using different parts of the product and even as standalone products I don’t like them. For $13, this was definitely on the high end for a drugstore brow product and is easily the worst one I’ve used. 10/10 do not recommend. I’ll take my slightly too warm/red brows over this weird gunky yellow-orange situation any day.
